Pricing starts at $1,500, and most homes are finished in a single day.

Our crews cut each strand on site to the exact length. Most homes are finished in a single day, and larger properties get larger crews.

In-Season Maintenance
A bulb out or a strand down? Text or call. We are back within 24 to 48 hours at no charge, and often sooner.

Takedown And Storage
In January, our team removes, labels and packs away your lights and decor until next season.
Lease Or Own Your Residential Christmas Lights
Both options include the same service: design, installation, in-season maintenance, removal and storage. The only difference is how the materials are handled. Most homeowners choose based on the display they want, not on price.

We own the lights and replace them at end of life, so you never get a replacement bill.
Design Changes
Change colors or layout any season at no material cost. Just tell us before install.

Residential Christmas Light Installation FAQ
When Should I Book My Residential Christmas Light Installation?
Installs begin the last Monday of October and run through early December. There is no cutoff, but dates fill in the order they are reserved.
Do I Need To Be Home?
No. You do not need to be home for the quote, the installation, or the January takedown.
Can You Use Christmas Lights I Already Own?
No. We supply every strand, bulb and clip so the display looks consistent and we can stand behind it all season.
Do You Set Up Timers?
Yes. Every installation includes a timer, so your lights turn on and off on schedule. If your outlets already run on an existing timer, we connect your display to that instead.
What If I Do Not Have Enough Outdoor Outlets?
Most homes do. Today's LED lights use far less power than older bulbs. If yours needs more, we work with you to have additional outlets installed by a licensed electrician.
Will My HOA Allow It?
Most homeowners do not need HOA approval for holiday lighting. If your HOA has guidelines, share them during your consultation and we will design around them.
What If Squirrels Or Pets Damage The Lights?
Normal wear is covered. Repeated damage from wildlife, pets, lawn crews or other third parties may require replacement materials.
What Happens To My Lights If I Sell My Home?
If you own your lights, you can reuse them at your new home, leave them for the buyer, or ask for them back anytime by phone, email or text.
Do You Require A Deposit?
Yes. A deposit of 25% to 50% secures your installation date, and the balance is due when the installation is complete. The amount depends on your design.
